Position: Jr. Data Scientist
Location: Babarmahal, Hanumansthan, Siddhartha Insurance Complex
Requirement: 1
Job Grade: Officer Level
Minimum Qualification/Experience Requirement:
- BSc, Bachelors in statistics or equivalent degree
- Experience in Python, Big Data analytics, and Other programming languages will be preferred.
- Plus experience in Capital Market or Banking Industry will be an advantage.
- Minimum 2 Years of relevant experience
Candidates should have:
- Mine and analyze data from company databases to drive optimization and improvement of product development, marketing techniques, and business strategies.
- Assess the effectiveness and accuracy of new data sources and data gathering techniques.
- Use predictive modeling to increase and optimize customer experiences, revenue generation, and other business outcomes.
- Coordinate with different functional teams to implement models and monitor outcomes.
- Develop processes and tools to monitor and analyze model performance and data accuracy.
- work closely with departments to identify issues and use data to propose solutions for effective decision-making.
- Analyze large amounts of information to discover trends and patterns
- Present information using data visualization techniques
- Age above 22 years not exceeding 25 years
